[GetReady] FSF releases new draft of GPLv3 for discussion

In contrast to Microsoft's efforts with the Vista launch to make their licenses
even more restrictive---to let you do less and less with their software---the
Free Software Foundation has been working to revise the GNU General Public
License in order to ensure your ability to share software freely.
The latest draft was announced today. You can read about it and add your input
