Since you've already agreed to the licensing terms, chances are that they won't take it back for that reason. They might have a 30-day unconditional return policy or something. If that's the case, take it back. Then go buy a xp-loaded machine or buy a vista-loaded machine, tell them you don't accept the licensing terms and they'll be forced to take Vista off -- then you can buy XP. If they refuse to, tell them they legally have to and that you'll have your lawyer on them faster than they can say upgrade.<br>
