Hey... a friend at work was just telling me how he is selling things
online using second live..
he told me they have a GNU/Linux client that is GPL but he is not sure..
I am not sure yet neither since this conversation happen 4 m a go..
but I wanted to email this before I forget the though..
he told me that thousands of persons from all over the world see
whatever you have to sell... then something ring a bell..
what if we could make virtual protest on the streets of second live?
imitating the ones on real live? with t-shirts (he told me you can
create your own things) and signs? and talk to people by chat when they
approach with questions..
I also read yesterday that a Left wing candidate in Spain IU, yesterday
did a political speech on second live.. maybe if we do a rally on it..
with 20-30 persons walking all together on the virtual streets
screaming(upper cases) and say we are rallying for Digital rights and
FreeSoftware ... I have never read anything about second life as of yet
about this.. even do I did read a lot of crap about people doing all
sort of things there..
how crazy will this be? my co worker even told me there is already a
GNU/Linux group of users on it... so we already maybe the man power..
of course we can only do this if the client is GPL.
Any ideas? yes I am crazy... no need to tell me. :-D--
