[BadVista Advocate] Support DIGGs Decision to Fight Censorship!

Perhaps a more fitting way of thanking them would be to make a page thanking
them, and get everyone to digg it until it appears on the front page. A
rather ambitious goal, but it might just catch on (especially since the
encryption code did).
