This is the correct step. We need to educate the public about software
freedom. That is why even in an undemocratic country, the citizens
still vote for the government as there is no awareness of freedom and
that it is normal to have no freedom, since the government takes care
of maintaining that image. Microsoft will not let its users go easily,
locking them in secret file formats and forging dependency.
