That the #1 issue. 

But why don't we sum up the different ways Badvista.org could help for such
an initiative (money, people working in the ad/film business, etc) and then
organize a scenario contest ?

The winner(s) would be given the price: money, e-mail address of Spielberg,
villa in hollywood, etc. and then they might be able to actually *make* the
film.

I'm sure some people in this list are familiar with the Cryptogram letter,
and Bruce Schneier is very successful in organizing this kind of events.
