[BadVista Advocate] GNU/Linux Hardware Configurations

Perhaps another thing people could do is publish plans for OEM
GNU/Linux laptops to LUGs can make them and give them out to the
community. I know there is an interesting project at openoem.com where
they are building a laptop/desktop with 100% free as in freedom
hardware and software. It's worth checking out.
